Contract Termination
We will inform you in writing if we leave the Medicare program, change or reduce our service area that it does not include the area where you live. If this happens, your membership with American Health Medicare will end and you will have to choose a different way to get your Medicare benefits.
All benefits and the rules described in you Evidence of Coverage and the Summary of Benefits will continue until the effective end date of your membership. This means that you will have to continue getting your health care and/or prescription drug benefits the same way you are doing now.
